Our Austin Heights studio is a calm, supportive space intentionally created for focused learning and meaningful practice. With bright windows, thoughtfully chosen equipment, and a welcoming atmosphere, we’re dedicated to offering experiences that feel personal, grounded, and empowering.

  • Located in the Austin Heights Centre (BMO) on the corner of Austin Ave and Nelson St, you will find access through the underground parkade or off of Ridgeway Ave in the above ground parking lot- entrance is nestled in between The Golden Boot and the Daycare in the lobby of 1024 Ridgeway.

  • All Parking is free.
