Our Teaching Philosophy

We don’t believe in surface-level music education.

Students at The Tempo Studio learn:

  • Musical literacy and theory

We encourage teachers to go beyond the page — helping students listen deeply, understand harmony, and connect emotionally to the music they play.

Instruments & Specialties

We are currently open to applications for:

  • Piano (classical and jazz)

  • Voice

  • Strings (guitar, ukulele, bass, violin, viola, cello)

  • Woodwinds & brass

Exceptional applicants from other disciplines are always welcome to apply. Priority is given to multi-instrumentalists.
