At The Tempo Club, we believe music education should be inspiring, rigorous, and deeply human. We are building a team of passionate, thoughtful educators who care about artistry just as much as they care about people.

If you are a skilled musician who values excellence, creativity, and meaningful connection with students, we would love to hear from you.

If you are looking for a place where your teaching is respected, your musicianship is valued, and your contribution matters- this may be the right fit.

We encourage teachers to go beyond the page- helping students listen deeply, understand harmony, and connect emotionally to the music they play.

    • Hold formal training in music (degree or equivalent professional experience)

    • Demonstrate expert technical proficiency on their instrument

    • Value musical understanding, not just note-learning

    • Are confident teaching beginners through advanced students

    • Balances warmth with high standards

    • Can command a room while remaining kind

    • Believes in consistency and accountability

    • Understands that teaching is both an art and a responsibility

    • Wants to grow within a studio, not just fill hours

  • We don’t believe in surface-level music education.

Students at The Tempo Studio learn:

    • Strong technical foundations

    • Musical literacy and theory

    • Stylistic awareness across genres

    • Expressive artistry

    • Creative thinking
