Compensation includes rehearsal and performance

Instrument selection will be guided by the student’s teacher.

By opting in, band fees will be charged to the payment method on file and are non-refundable.

Showtimes
Two performances will take place:
- 1:00 PM Show (doors open at 12:45 PM)
- 3:00 PM Show (doors open at 2:45 PM)
Performers will be assigned to a show after registration closes on May 16. Please confirm your assigned show before purchasing tickets

Parking:
Free parking is available in the venue lot, as well as along the street.
Performers do not require a ticket.

- Children 3 and under are free
Each ticket is valid for one show only. If you plan to attend both performances, a separate ticket must be purchased for each.

Not at all- participation is completely optional. That said, we highly encourage it! Performing is one of the best ways to build confidence, celebrate progress, and share your music with friends and family.
No- this is a fully live music event, so backing tracks are not permitted. This creates a more engaging and authentic performance experience for everyone involved.
Yes- if you choose to perform with the band, attending the scheduled rehearsal is required. This ensures everyone feels prepared and confident going into the showcase.
Dress as the best version of yourself! This is your moment to feel confident and stage-ready. We encourage outfits that reflect your personality while still being appropriate for a family-friendly audience.
We’ll be organizing performers into the 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM shows after registration closes to create balanced programs. While we can’t guarantee specific placements, we’ll do our best to accommodate requests when possible.
