Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

Overview

By enrolling in lessons, you agree to the following payment terms and studio policies.

Monthly Billing

• Tuition is billed monthly on the 1st of each month

  Fees are charged in advance for that month’s lessons

  Enrollment reserves a recurring weekly lesson time

• Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or loss of your lesson time.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) via Stripe

• Credit/Debit Card via Square

Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)

By enrolling in PAD:

• You authorize monthly withdrawals on or around the 1st of each month

• Authorization remains active until properly cancelled

• You waive pre-notification due to fixed billing schedule

Cancellation of PAD:

• Requires minimum 30 days written notice prior to the next billing date

• Late requests apply to the following billing cycle

Disputes:

• You agree to contact us before initiating a bank dispute

• Chargebacks may result in termination of services

Credit Card Payments

• Processed on the 1st of each month

• You must keep payment details current

• Declined payments must be resolved promptly

Failed Payments

• Payments may be retried automatically

• A fee of $30 may apply

• Continued failure may result in:

  • - Suspension of lessons

  • - Loss of reserved time slot

Cancellation & Withdrawal

• Minimum 30 days written notice required

• Must be submitted before the next billing date (1st)

• Billing continues during the notice period

• No prorated refunds once a billing cycle begins

Lesson Attendance & Makeups

• 48 hours notice is required to qualify for a makeup lesson

• Students are eligible for up to 2 makeup lessons per term:

  • January–June

  • July–December

• Missed lessons without proper notice are forfeited

• Additional options may be offered as outlined in the Student Handbook

Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable once processed

• Missed lessons are not refunded

• Exceptions are at our sole discretion

Policy Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance.
