What You Need (very simple setup)

Have Ready:

  • A device with a camera (laptop or iPad/Tablet preferred)

  • Good Internet connection

  • Zoom installed

  • Your instrument

  • Your music books

  • Pencil

Joining Your Lesson

After registering, you will receive the passcode to our “artists-only” portal through our website where you will find your zoom lesson link, meeting ID and password.

Enter the waiting room as early as you’d like and your coach will invite you in at your scheduled time.

How to Place Your Camera

  • Camera beside the keyboard so the teacher can see hands and posture.

  • Angle slightly from the right so both hands are visible.

  • Student standing, camera chest‑up so breathing and posture can be seen.

  • Coach must see face (mouth position) and fingers.

Zoom Sound Settings

In Zoom:

  1. Settings → Audio → Audio Profile

  2. Click “original sound for musicians”

  3. Make sure that echo cancellation is checked
